WARRANTY

ROJO products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 3 years from the original date of purchase. During the warranty period, ROJO will repair or replace the defective part. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or the natural break down of colors and materials over time.

RETURNS

All ROJO products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Contact us for a Return Form. Your card will be credited upon receipt of completed Return Form and merchandise in original, unused condition. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
